Königsbrunn is a picturesque town on the outskirts of Augsburg, known for its beautiful landscape, historical sights and vibrant culture.
And in this beautiful village you can find the Best Western Hotel am Europaplatz – a modern and comfortable hotel, perfect for business and leisure travelers. The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes from the A8 freeway and the city of Augsburg.
The Best Western Hotel am Europaplatz has been operated by the hotel family Mitzel/Dreisbach/Schuler for 10 years already – the true love for hospitality.
Spread across four categories, the hotel has a total of 72 rooms to offer, some of which are located in the ultra-modern extension – the aptly named NEW GENERATION rooms.
Sleeping like on a cloud
These particularly stylish rooms have luxurious king-size beds, walk-in rain showers and one or the other extra luxury. Of course, I couldn’t say no and let myself be accommodated directly in one of these rooms. And I have not regretted this decision in any way!

A compact room equipped with a desk, flat screen TV, coffee and tea making facilities and soundproof windows, with twin beds on request. Perfect for the solo traveler who values practicality.
Family room
Ideal for your family vacation. The room is spacious, has a sofa bed or an extra bed, desk, flat screen TV, coffee and tea making facilities and soundproof windows. Enough space and comfort for the whole family!
Junior Suite
Junior Suite is definitely the most spacious option. Here you can expect a separate living area, kitchen with fridge, sofa bed, sitting area, 2x flatscreen TV and a lot of space.
NEW GENERATION room
As teased, this was my room of choice at the Best Western Hotel am Europaplatz – oversized box-spring beds, partial walk-in rain shower, cozy sitting area, air-conditioning, with twin beds on request. I felt right at home here! Everything was super modern and furnished with attention to detail.
In addition to the great rooms, the hotel also offers a wide range of facilities and services that make the guests’ stay pleasant and relaxing.
My personal favorite is the wellness area – equipped with sauna and steam bath, and I also liked the gym. Anyway, the wellness area is perfect to relax after a long day.
The restaurant at the Best Western Hotel am Europaplatz offers a varied menu of regional and international dishes. Breakfast is served buffet style and offers a wide selection of hot and cold dishes.
For business travelers, the hotel also offers conference rooms with modern technology and audio and video equipment. These rooms are ideal for meetings, trainings and conferences and can accommodate up to 50 people.
You can end the evening wonderfully in the hotel bar ZELLER Lounge.
